  All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed to a major credit card.

• Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received by the
  hotel at least 24-hours prior to the arrival date. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel
  will charge your credit card for one night's accommodation. Please obtain a cancellation number for your record.

• Additional Nights
  If you would like to increase your stay, this may be done at any time based on availability, although the rate you are currently booked at may not be available for the additional days.
